What we tell the customer
On countertop and super-automatic coffee machines we collect from home or office. The customer paid the $99 service call whether or not they go ahead with the repair — at collection, with a written collection receipt (model, serial and condition). Diagnosis in 1–2 days; they get the fault, exact price and completion date before approving parts or labor. It's credited toward the repair if they do.
